This is how to cancel from the KB Pay app.
After running the KB Pay app, click the menu button.

Things to note when canceling Kookmin Card
Before cancellation, it is recommended to check the following precautions before proceeding.
On the day the Kookmin Card is canceled, issuance of a new card is restricted. A new card can be issued from the day after cancellation.
After cancellation, the card balance will be debited from your account on the next billing date.
The paid annual fee will be calculated and refunded for the number of remaining days. (Within 10 business days after card cancellation)
Points not used will automatically expire after 5 years. If you want to use Pointree, you can use it after issuing a new card.
