Next is your identity verification. You can authenticate through an i-PIN or a mobile phone under your name. At this time, it is the parent, not the child, who needs to verify the identity.

The following is the input of member information. Similarly, on a parent basis, enter information such as ID, password, date of birth, email, and contact information.

After entering parent information, you must register the school district of your child’s school. If you have more than one child and they belong to different school districts, you must register them all.

2) Certificate registration (issuance)
Even if you sign up as a member, you can read some information. However, important information about your child, such as school records, report cards, and grade analysis, can only be checked by registering the certificate.

Therefore, if possible, after completing membership registration, let’s finish the ‘certificate issuance and registration’ process. For your reference, if you want to issue (register) a certificate later, go to 「Membership (top of the homepage) > Certificate Issuance/Registration」.

You can issue a new certificate for parents that will only be used by Nice Parent Service (cannot be issued after December 31, 2022). If there is a joint certificate (or parent certificate) in use, you can register that certificate.

For your reference, you can only register for the school you are currently attending, and for the relationship, you can enter ‘father, mother’ based on the child. For the date of birth, enter only 8 digits.

After completing the child information registration, the homeroom teacher must approve it at the school. It is said that it is usually approved within 2-3 days, but in my case, it was approved in one day.

When approval is complete, you can see your child’s information appearing on the homepage screen. Approval can be checked in real time at 「Student Information > Child Information Inquiry」.
