How to cancel?
After subscribing to Freed Life mutual aid products, if you want to cancel the contract, you can inquire about the cancellation refund by phone to the customer center at Freed Life headquarters or the person in charge of your contract.
There is a file on the homepage for the cancellation application form, so you can download it and fill it out.
Send the application for cancellation, a copy of your ID, and the account number to be refunded (a copy of your bankbook) by fax/email.
In combination with Hi-Mart, it also sells Free Life funeral products. Since the cancellation refund amount varies depending on the product, payment period, and amount paid, first check by phone how much money you will receive when canceling the contract, and then cancel the contract.
